Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) is the national umbrella body that provides support services for Scottish Citizens Advice Bureaux and collates client case evidence to shape policy in Scotland and the UK.
Within the UK consumer landscape, CAS has responsibility for consumer education and runs the Citizens Advice Consumer Service providing free, confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues.
If you have experienced a problem with goods or services that you have purchased, you can seek advice from the Citizens Advice Consumer Service directly on 03454 04 05 06. The service is available from 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday for people in Scotland and across Great Britain.
